Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Insight Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities for oil and gas processing facilities and compressor stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend maintenance techniques and plans to optimize downtime and resources.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to develop the scope and purpose of equipment alterations, repairs, and new construction.
  • Determine facilities and equipment that require replacement and/or repair and recommend maintenance procedures.
  • Review work orders for proper authorization, priority, and accuracy.
  • Determine craft skills needed for maintenance activities and estimate man hours, material, tools, and equipment required.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance planning or operational data management in SAP.
  • Experience creating assets, activity, and scheduling within a planning software such as Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) such as SAP.
  • Proficient in SAP responsibilities beyond basic work order creation.
  • Strong basic computer navigation.
  • Software program proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, One Note, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP Master Data, SAP MM, and ability to manipulate master data and build maintenance plans, task lists, job plans, create WOs and POs in SAP or Prometheus.
  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas Equipment and Documentation.
  • Familiarity with Prometheus or Fioria.

Work Environment:

Generally working in an office environment; however, may require visiting and walking around some gas processing sites, driving on rural roads, and other field locations, to acquire familiarity with facilities and gather data.

This position pays between $55-60/hr.
