The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our stores. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maintaining exceptional Guest Services and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Guest Services and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to control expenses and shrinkage, and optimize merchandising and inventory control
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional Guest Services
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Prior retail and management experience required
  • Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
  • Physical demands of the job require standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
