Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives and drive forward our strategic goals through the innovative use of AI technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the integration of LLMs into our products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert in generative AI and large language models, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  • LLM Integration: Lead the integration of LLMs into our products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor and educate cross-functional teams on best practices and methodologies for working with LLMs and GenAI technologies.
  • AI Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI applications utilizing LLMs, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and reliability.
  • Technology Evaluation: Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into AI solutions powered by LLMs.
  • Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects, from research and development to deployment and maintenance.
  • Data Quality: Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies to maintain CookUnity's competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience with a strong engineering background, knowledge in machine learning, and a passion for generative AI and LLMs.
  • Skills: Proven experience working with LLMs and implementing AI solutions in real-world scenarios, proficiency in Python or similar programming languages and familiarity with ML libraries.
  • Leadership: Natural leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
