Job Summary

As a Service Technician at Pizza Hut, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in the field by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment
* Consult with restaurant operators to identify and resolve equipment issues
* Install and repair electrical equipment and control circuits
* Complete preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and commercial kitchen equipment
* Identify and address operating challenges that lead to equipment failure
* Effectively manage time and resources to control costs and enhance efficiencies

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
* Minimum 3 years technical experience with repairs to commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
* Ability to diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems and HVAC systems
* Willingness and ability to perform on-call and emergency duties as needed
* EPA Universal Certification and CFESA Certification
