Job Title:

Are you a seasoned professional in field systems engineering? We are seeking an experienced Manager Field Systems Engineering to join our team at ALDI, a leading grocery retailer in the US.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration, HVAC, and building automation systems. You will work closely with our facilities and construction teams to coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives and resolve complex mechanical issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Field Investigations: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems within our stores.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with ALDI's facilities and construction teams, as well as equipment manufacturers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in refrigeration, HVAC, building automation, controls, information technology, and/or computer programming, along with retail operations expertise.
