As a Senior Operations and Talent Strategist, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture and operations of our New York office. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days a week in our NYC office to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and dynamic workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Manage relationships with building management and vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee reception services, welcoming guests and partners with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Support office safety and compliance by managing fire drills, maintenance, and other building-related processes.
  • Collaborate with other assistants to coordinate guest visits and special events in the office.

Talent Operations

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, meetings, and logistics during the hiring process.
  • Support the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Partner with the Talent team and hiring managers to organize new hire equipment and pre-boarding logistics.
  • Work with the Finance team to ensure accurate entry of new hire information into our HR systems.
