Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Eaton CO. This is a fully onsite position with office space available at the specified location. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients helping them regain mobility manage pain and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients functional abilities limitations and goals.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement and administer therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions to improve patients mobility strength flexibility and function.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and document patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures home exercises and injury prevention techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams including physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations progress notes and discharge summaries.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques technologies and best practices integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate.
  • Patient FollowUp: Ensure patients follow their Plan of Care addressing noncompliance when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Utilize nonclinical staff to support caseload needs and properly delegate tasks to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) when applicable.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to changes in patient schedules and daily patterns ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Ethics and Compliance: Adhere to ethical and professional standards ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic neurological or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping purposes.
