Job Title: IT Investment Planning Systems Analyst

Integrated Resources is seeking an experienced IT Investment Planning Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Design and Planning Team, you will work closely with the PMO office to document procedures, create processes, and update documentation as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze problems and document business processes
  • Develop requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage requirements traceability and testing
  • Research and outline technology project management-focused content
  • Consult with subject matter experts to develop documentation
  • Work closely with the PMO and internal client subject matter experts to understand processes and pain points

Requirements:

  • 10 years of overall IT experience with emphasis on technology project management, business analysis, and technical writing
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Comprehensive understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scaled, and Kanban concepts and methodology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute
  • Experience in a public sector setting
