Resident Care Aide

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Care Aide - Home Health Aide to join our team at Elderwood. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personal care support to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, and transferring.
- Provide medication management and administer medications as directed.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Respond to residents' requests and needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 55 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $21.00.
