We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal and nursing care to meet the physical and emotional needs of residents in our skilled nursing facilities.

The ideal candidate will be under the direction of a licensed nurse and will be responsible for direct and monitor the personal care duties carried out by Nursing Assistants of an assigned team.

Responsibilities include reporting to the Charge Nurse unusual symptoms, daily needs and progress of residents, notifying the Charge Nurse of changes in residents' conditions or needs, and following the Profile of Care for each resident and monitoring the performance of the Nursing Assistants in carrying out the appropriate aspects of the care plan.

The successful candidate will have a caring and respectful attitude towards residents, ability to supervise and work well with other personnel, ability to communicate well verbally and in writing, and physical stamina for constant activity.

We offer a competitive salary of $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Additional benefits include a $5000 sign on bonus for Full Time CNAs and $2500 for Part Time, and shift differentials.
