Home Health Care Assistant

Heathwood Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Certification in home health aide services
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
