About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Inside Sales team as an Account Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales and contribute to the growth and success of Montway LLC.

Job Summary

The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and winning new business opportunities in the assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and providing top-notch customer service throughout the order cycle.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll also have the opportunity to earn commissions and participate in contests and incentives that reward your hard work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and win new business opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow up with customers as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to articulate the value proposition of Montway's solutions
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
