Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the governing supply systems, policies, nomenclature, and established work methods.
  • Recognize and address the needs of the organization being serviced.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify problems and gather necessary data to establish facts.
  • Recommend actions based on the interpretation of established guidelines.
  • Execute logistics functions for program services, including acquisition, supply chain coordination, integrated logistics support, and product distribution.
  • Facilitate acquisition planning, system design, and integration.
  • Provide evaluations in support of government or commercial programs.
  • Collaborate with GSCM to procure goods and services that meet mission partner requirements.
  • Offer program management support, including project control, planning, cost analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting for all procured services.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • US Citizenship or Naturalized Citizenship.
  • Reliable Transportation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Maximo, Genesis, and Ascent.
  • A four-year college degree or ten years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possession of an active government clearance at the time of application.
