Data Center Technician

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to support our company-specific servers and data center buildouts at customer data centers.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical hardware knowledge, physical network setup expertise, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This role requires a high level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a positive, humble attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Support company-specific servers and data center buildouts at customer data centers
- Conduct failure analysis on-field issues until the root cause is determined
- Communicate with Engineering teams on failures, serviceability of servers, and integration with the data center
- Provide timely, detailed, and accurate feedback to the Engineering teams
- Assist in creating documentation on technical and non-technical processes
- Contribute to the company's knowledge library
- 2-5+ years of experience in a Data Center or Desktop Support environment
- Level 3 experience working with Hardware
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
- Ability to work autonomously and within a local or geographically dispersed team environment
