Job Title: Laboratory Technician Lead

Join fairlife, LLC, a leading nutrition company, as a Laboratory Technician Lead. In this role, you will provide key support for the Quality Assurance Department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our dairy products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct plant inspections to monitor sanitation and ensure compliance with cGMP practices.
  • Conduct sanitation and cleaning effectiveness inspections, including environmental monitoring and testing.
  • Assist in coordinating, administering, and providing daily collaboration between departments.
  • Generate daily shift reports and assist with data entry, collection, and KPI reporting as needed.
  • Assist in establishing and implementing testing protocols, provide training, and conduct lab equipment maintenance and calibration as required.
  • Oversee and lead the activities of the laboratory technicians, including daily tasks and additional projects.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Dairy, Food Science, Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years laboratory experience.
  • College-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computational skills required.
  • Ability to operate laboratory instrumentation effectively.
  • Ability to work different shifts, including off-shifts.
