Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve crafting dishes that impress hotel guests through exceptional taste, appealing presentation, and timely service.

Primary Duties:

  • Adhere to instructions for preparing and serving high-quality meals; utilize various ingredients and cooking tools.
  • Navigate the kitchen efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, peeling, and cutting.
  • Cook food using diverse utensils and grills, ensuring proper monitoring during the cooking process.
  • Present dishes attractively before serving to enhance guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring proper storage of food and supplies.
  • Assess the quality of ingredients and manage inventory, placing orders as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

While performing this role, you will frequently be required to walk, use your hands for handling tools, and communicate effectively. You may also need to reach, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is essential. Vision capabilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a culinary role is advantageous but not mandatory.
