  • Write and edit content as needed.
  • Lead interview rehearsal and preparation process.
  • Ensure visual standards and brand guidelines are met across materials.
  • Act as a process driver to ensure efficient procedures and protocols are in place.
  • Provide input and collaboration to help establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFPs and other marketing-related inquiries.
  • Assist and mentor MarComms Studio team members as needed.
  • Research local market to monitor economics and identify key people, trends, and project opportunities.
  • Oversee all marketing-related files, including proposals, interview materials, images, resumes, project data sheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Oversee marketing equipment maintenance and marketing supplies.
  • Responsible for accuracy of information populated into existing CRM System (Deltek Vision), provides weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Lead weekly studio-wide MarComms call and other marketing meetings.
  • Lead onboarding and trainings for new hires, and continued training for staff.
  • Work closely with firm and MarComms leadership on strategic plans and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Architecture, Graphic Design, or related design field.
  • Minimum 5+ years marketing and proposal management experience within the A/E/C industry.
  • Strong graphic skills, excellent communications, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud software packages.
  • Experience in supporting proposals for various market sectors and pursuit types.
  • Experience supervising and training marketing support staff.
