Your Role:
The Clean Room Manufacturing Project Manager will spearhead initiatives to recommend, strategize, and execute a variety of projects that bolster the organization's objectives. This role encompasses the formulation of comprehensive programs and process guidance aimed at enhancing productivity and quality within plant operations, ensuring optimal utilization of facilities and equipment layout, and conducting operational analyses for continuous improvement in product quality, labor engineering, and budgeting.
- Engage in the development and assessment of operational and capital budgets, aligning departmental goals and objectives to meet or surpass expectations.
- Oversee ongoing project plans to ensure adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
- Strategically plan and manage projects to facilitate efficient production methods and workflow, maximizing space and equipment utilization.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of equipment and processes, continuously updating expertise to remain informed on industry advancements.
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with procurement, suppliers, and vendors concerning equipment and materials.
- Utilize Data Analytics for effective Process Mapping.
- Devise strategies aimed at enhancing equipment efficiency and availability.
- Conduct regular meetings (weekly or monthly) to review project issues, progress, and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing projects exceeding $100M.
- In-depth knowledge of Clean Room manufacturing processes (or relevant experience in Paint/HVAC facilities).
- Willingness to travel as required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
- Experience with Procore software is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
