In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly atmosphere while managing appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and responding to phone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate and confirm patient appointments efficiently
- Accurately maintain and update patient records
- Handle incoming calls and address questions in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care
- Support administrative functions to facilitate the effective operation of the front desk and clinic
Required Qualifications:
