Job Summary

Medtronic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and clinical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical, educational, and clinical support to our customers in the cardiac catheter ablation field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and clinical support to customers in the cardiac catheter ablation field
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and advancements in the cardiac field
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to support customers and attend training sessions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a sales or clinical support role
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac catheter ablation procedures and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
