  • Create detailed timelines for production activities.
  • Evaluate and provide insights on estimates from quoting teams.
  • Enforce quality standards set by clients and the organization.
  • Continuously assess production workflows, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Uphold product standards and enforce stringent quality control practices.
  • Encourage collaboration across departments (purchasing, scheduling, finance, management, etc.).
  • Coordinate with fellow managers to align with organizational policies and goals.
  • Administer disciplinary measures when required.

External Qualifications:

  • Expertise in assembly and manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous managerial experience with a focus on mentorship and leadership development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to document and communicate information effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple initiatives.
  • Oversight of engineering, procurement, and shipping to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of assembled products.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
