Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abrazo Scottsdale Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in med-surg nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care services to patients on the med surg unit, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona.
- At least 2 years of experience in med-surg nursing, preferably with a focus on critical care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Able to maintain a fast-paced work environment with occasional periods of high pressure.
