About the Role
As an Advanced Nursing Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes, such as pain management, education, and support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced practice nursing preferred.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
