Job Title: Learning Technology Manager

The Learning Technology Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of learning at MCK McKesson Corporation. This position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the LMS and LXP, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements for the LMS and LXP.
  • Drive adoption and impact of the LMS and LXP, developing job aids, content organization, and learning paths for skills.
  • Establish and manage governance processes for content quality, UX/UI design, and data maintenance.
  • Partner with McKesson Technology and HR Shared Services to ensure alignment with other HR technology tools.
  • Monitor the quality of data within the platforms, conducting regular audits and taking corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of learning and development experience + degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience managing and administering LMS and LXP.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Relationships:
  • Collaborates with McKesson Technology and HR Shared Services to ensure correct alignment with other HR technology tools.
  • Partners with Talent Strategy COE to connect learning solutions to identified critical skills for business units and corporate functions.
