Auto General Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Auto General Manager to oversee our car shop and manage our team. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Provide exceptional customer service and present solutions for car repairs
  • Oversee the team and inspire hard work, positive attitudes, and open communication
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on ticket averages, car counts, labor, and parts
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management
  • Experience with automotive repair estimation and repair order generation
  • Leadership skills and ability to mentor and train others
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
