Job Requirements:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
- Minimum of five years of experience as a surgical technologist, preferably in a Level One Trauma Center or similar high-volume surgical environment
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with a commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Proficiency in using surgical equipment and technology, including electronic medical records (EMRs) and imaging systems
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
