As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving market share growth within a designated geographical territory. This will involve cultivating new customers, developing relationships with existing ones, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets
- Grow existing market share and be available during construction-related work hours
- Coordinate with MBI personnel, subcontractors, and navigate permitting requirements to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain customer confidentiality and display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Utilize proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, to manage projects and customer interactions
- Reside within 30 miles of the assigned territory within 30 days of hire date
- A company car, laptop, and cell phone to support your success in the field
- A monthly base salary, training subsidy, and commission pay structure offering outstanding earning potential
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, prescription, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time, as well as a 401K opportunity and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)
