  • Enhancing agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Looking for opportunities to develop monetizable solutions for clients, and insuring that clients receive superior customer service.
  • Staying up to date on the most current products and services offered by Farmers Insurance as well as industry regulations and news.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good at building relationships
  • No bankruptcies within the last 12 months.
  • Credit Review: (Credit Score does not matter). Only requirement is that there are no negligent accounts on your credit history.
  • Favorable criminal record with no felonies
  • Be willing to obtain Insurance license
  • Seasoned liquid assets (amount varies per entry program)
  • Provide excellent customer service to policyholders
  • Educate customers on their plan options

Preferred Candidates:

  • Insurance experience
  • Business ownership experience
  • Realty experience
  • Sales experience
  • Middle management experience

Benefits:

  • Average results in year one typically produce revenue in the range of $240K-$290K and bonuses over the three year program are commonly in the range of $400K- $525K
  • Monetary Bonuses for Veterans, Active Duty or Bilingual Candidates
  • Monthly new business bonuses, Annual new business bonuses, Marketing expense reimbursement, $10,000 Office Start Up Bonus, $5,000 Lead Generation Bonus, and an enhanced commission structure for the first 3 years that begins at an additional 30.45%, on top of our standard commission rates
