Our Sales and Customer Service Support team is the primary point of contact for our customer accounts, responsible for initiating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships to drive revenue growth.

Role Summary
This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company. The successful candidate will execute engagement strategies, provide product expertise, and negotiate inquiries to meet client needs. They will also participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Engaging with potential customers to educate them on products and services
  • Providing exceptional sales and customer service support
  • Negotiating inquiries with precision and addressing customer objections
  • Participating in in-house training and development programs
  • Assisting in additional professional tasks and embracing new challenges

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related fields (highly encouraged)
  • Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
  • Impeccable time management skills and adaptability
  • A strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • An approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers

Estimated Salary Range
$55,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
