Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the care team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Assist with patient monitoring, vital sign collection, and documentation of patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a unit clerk or care team role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
