About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Northfield Retirement Community. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Administer medication and monitor vital signs as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in caregiving.

Requirements:

  • Prior nursing or medical experience is required.
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
