We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Caregiver. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to connect with our residents on a personal level, providing hands-on care and support to help them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Assist with healthcare-related tasks, such as checking vital signs and administering medication
  • Support residents with their daily routines and activities
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Prior nursing or medical experience is required
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Ability to pass MN Background Check
