- Communicate effectively with staff, utilizing verbal and written communication logs to maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate activities, including lectures, recreation, and meetings, to promote a supportive and engaging environment.
- Conduct mandatory bed checks, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns.
- Participate in shift change, team, and company meetings to stay informed and contribute to decision-making.
- Assist with interventions, adhering to treatment plans and objectives.
- Monitor the medication line, ensuring accurate administration and record-keeping.
- Transport clients to meetings and recreation activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
- Conduct searches of clients upon return to the facility, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Train new staff on unit, program, and milieu procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to the upkeep of our facility, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for clients.
- Assist clients in obtaining a sponsor, supporting their recovery journey.
We offer flexible shifts, including 3:00pm - 11:00pm and 11:00pm - 7:00am, to accommodate your needs.
