- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory capacity
- Proven track record in team leadership and development
- Strong logistical understanding
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with adaptability to change
- No prior window tinting experience necessary; training will be provided
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent entry and exit from vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort with using ladders and lifts
- Prolonged periods of standing

Work Schedule and Benefits:
- Operating hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday
- Two days off per week, including Sunday and one additional day
- Paid vacation time
- Complimentary tint services for personal vehicles
