Job Summary

Number 13 Prime Steak and Seafood is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or equivalent role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
