Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories, ensuring that all materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies are properly accounted for.
  • Record Keeping: Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inventory Rotations: Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations as needed to ensure that all stock is properly rotated and utilized.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns, providing insights into inventory trends and areas for improvement.
  • Quality Control: Verify clerical computations against physical counts of stock and adjust errors in computation or investigate discrepancies, ensuring that all inventory records are accurate and reliable.
