You will collaborate with the Nursing Director to lead clinical practice and education on the unit, within the division, and across the health system.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care for complex patients with multi-system care issues
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, patients, and families to promote quality care
Design, implement, and measure safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care strategies
Contribute to the advancement of nursing practice at the unit, system, local, state, and national levels
Requirements:
Master's degree in nursing
Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
Three years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse with at least two years of recent experience in the area of concentration
BLS and ACLS certifications required
