Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Walmart eCommerce team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center providers, ensuring they meet all operational KPIs. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance of 3rd party contact center providers to ensure they meet all operational KPIs
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of process changes and communicate results to leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service center environment, with a focus on operations management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
