Customer Service Representative

Pride Global is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer bills, adjustments, and payments within our billing software program.
  • Manage customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in office customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
