Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging ESL instruction tailored to the diverse needs of adult learners.
- Utilize core materials and resources from the CCC Adult Education curriculum, including the Learning Management System.
- Customize lesson plans and syllabi to align with course objectives and student expectations.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student information.
- Participate in professional development and adhere to state and federal Adult Education regulations.
Qualifications:
