EAM-Mosca Corp., located in Hazle Township PA, is a leading entity in the field of automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions. We are currently in search of a motivated and skilled Shipping Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily safety inspections on lifts.
  • Retrieve stock from inventory according to the packing list provided by the order clerk.
  • Ensure that all trucks or containers are loaded securely to guarantee safe delivery of products.
  • Verify that all orders are acknowledged on the bill of lading by the drivers.
  • Inspect and sign all receiving documents after confirming that incoming products are undamaged and match the purchase order.
  • If any damage is detected, complete the necessary damage report and notify the purchasing department or relevant management personnel.
  • Adhere to all operational instructions related to warehouse tasks.
  • Maintain copies of all required documentation and return them to the order clerk.
  • Transport materials and machinery as needed using the company vehicle.
  • Manage stock rotation as necessary.
  • Keep the warehouse organized and tidy.
  • Contact appropriate vendors for equipment maintenance as required.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts.
  • Perform building and grounds maintenance tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Strong emphasis on safety.
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
  • Forklift certification is required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Non-CDL DOT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Ability to maintain organized records and files with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of performing basic physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
