Lineage Logistics is seeking a Senior Warehouse Training Coordinator to enhance our training initiatives at our state-of-the-art automated facility. This role is essential for ensuring that all warehouse personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with site management to assess and improve employee retention, turnover rates, and engagement levels.
  • Design and implement tailored training programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify training needs and capability gaps.
  • Oversee the development and execution of training plans for Floor Trainers, ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Create and deliver effective learning solutions tailored to the site’s operational requirements.
  • Monitor new hire performance during their initial period, providing constructive feedback and evaluating readiness for independent work.
  • Maintain and analyze new hire productivity metrics, presenting findings to leadership to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation for onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
  • Establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assessing employee performance post-training.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to analyze performance data and provide coaching to team members.
  • Manage ongoing employee training initiatives, including safety protocols and compliance training.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to uphold safety standards and conduct equipment handling assessments.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for external candidates, including conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate benefits education during orientation and assist with site-wide enrollment initiatives.
  • Travel to various locations to implement training programs and provide support as necessary.
  • Certify employees in Material Handling upon meeting safety and compliance criteria.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and Material Handling Equipment standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training program development or leadership within a warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on multitasking and prioritization.
  • Experience with Material Handling Equipment.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions and adapt to flexible scheduling.
  • Comfortable in dynamic environments with fluctuating noise levels.
