- Schedule patient appointments according to our guidelines, using our computer-based appointment schedule.
- Provide callers/patients with relevant resources and information, including payment options and health services.
- Verify patient benefits and eligibility with insurance companies.
- Adhere to our scripts and protocols, ensuring consistency and quality in our customer service.
- Comply with safety procedures, including emergency procedures, and maintain patient confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of proven customer service experience or healthcare background preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in electronic medical records a plus.
