Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of proven customer service experience or healthcare background preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in electronic medical records a plus.
