Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead IV to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and monitoring all quality processes to test applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies and methodologies to ensure the quality of our applications.
- Manage and coordinate test team activities, including scheduling and reporting.
- Conduct project quality audits and manage corrective actions.
- Work closely with application and workstation teams to determine application readiness.
- Manage the test tracking database and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- 9-12 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Experience with managing data in a regulated quality system.
- Understanding of GXP compliance and requirements as they apply to quality systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
