Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Matrix Providers. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality anesthesia care to our patients.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient anesthesia experience, performing preoperative evaluations and preparations, administering monitored anesthesia care, regional and general anesthesia, monitoring and managing patient reactions to anesthesia and surgery, managing fluid therapy, performing and managing invasive monitoring, and performing post-operative evaluations as privileged by the Medical Treatment Facility Credentials Committee.
Responsibilities:- Perform pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient, including obtaining informed consent and requesting consultations and diagnostic studies.
- Develop and implement an anesthetic plan of care.
- Maintain the patient's physiologic homeostasis and correct abnormal responses to the anesthesia and surgery.
- Collect and interpret patient physiological data by selecting, applying, or inserting noninvasive monitoring modalities.
- Manage the patient's airway and pulmonary status.
- Record all pertinent events during the introduction of, maintenance of, and emergence from anesthesia, including the dosage and duration of all anesthetic agents, other drugs, intravenous fluids, and blood or blood components on all patients that have received anesthesia care.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Graduate from an academic program approved by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthetist Programs (COA).
- Certified as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist from the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) or the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or American Red Cross Healthcare Provider Course.
- Pediatric Life Support (PALS).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Current, complete, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse anesthetist in any U.S. state/territory.
