Job Title: Survey Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Project Manager to join our Geospatial team at Ayres Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing survey projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project scopes, cost estimates, and proposals.
  • Lead and manage survey teams, including project managers, survey technicians, and other support staff.
  • Network and develop relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Work closely with internal and external clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control on survey projects.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Wisconsin or ability to become licensed within 6 months.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • 5-10 years of diverse field and office experience in survey, including topographic surveys, construction staking, boundary surveys, right-of-way plats, and control surveys.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to walk over uneven terrain and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
