About the Role

Ayres Associates is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to join our team as a Survey CADD Technician/Drafter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing survey maps, reducing field notes, and processing field data to meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare survey maps under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor using AutoCAD Civil3D and/or MicroStation.
  • Reduce field notes and process field data to meet client specifications.
  • Request utility locates and conduct survey records research in various counties online.
  • Conduct and support field-work efforts, when warranted.
  • Attend project-related meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in Civil3D/AutoCAD.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Desire to become a Professional Land Surveyor.
