Position Overview
Middough Inc. seeks a highly skilled Structural Field Inspection Professional to join our team in ensuring the integrity and safety of engineering assets. As a key representative, you will be responsible for documenting existing conditions, monitoring construction repairs, and providing technical support.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough inspections of engineering assets to identify potential issues and defects.
  2. Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, including documentation of existing conditions and recommended repairs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement repair plans, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  4. Provide expert technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients on inspection methods and procedures.
  5. Benchmark industry best practices to ensure Middough Inc.'s operations remain at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in structural field inspection or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of current equipment inspection standards, codes, and practices.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software and certification in non-destructive testing (NDT) is preferred.
