Overview of Job Duties
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Assessment Expert to join our team at Middough Inc. As a Senior Structural Field Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of engineering assets, identifying potential issues, and providing recommendations for repair or replacement.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough site inspections to assess the condition of engineering assets.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate records of assessment findings, including photographs, videos, and written reports.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimizing asset performance.
  4. Utilize industry-leading software and tools to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of structural field inspection.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in structural field inspection or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of equipment inspection standards, codes, and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software and NDT certification is preferred.
