Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and the corporate purchasing team.
  • Effectively communicate with service personnel.
  • Assist customers in selecting parts and items with a friendly and efficient approach.
  • Provide accurate price quotes and related information to customers in person or via phone.
  • Inform relevant parties upon receipt of special ordered parts.
  • Alert management regarding out-of-stock items or urgent shop materials.
  • Retrieve and fulfill orders from existing inventory.
  • Monitor back-ordered items and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Experience with cash handling.
  • Ability to lift weights ranging from 10-50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational and sequencing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to address issues professionally.
